We run a privacy respecting service. The less we know, the better. Our services require a functional email address, your name does not have to be real, your personal trainer needs to be able to identify you, we don’t.

Data we collect

- Appointments made by you, or on your behalf

- Account activity, timestamps, access logs
How we collect
We collect the data you or your personal trainer has submitted on your behalf. We also log data automatically just by your visit to the site. No information is gathered outside of this website.
How we use your data
Your data is used to provide this service. Only data required to running a booking service is used, with the exception of the occasional diagnostic data generated and stored temporarily, with the purpose of detecting issues with this service.
Personal trainers you have signed up with can see your details at any point, and you permit them to change some of your account details, and make or cancel bookings on your behalf without your notice.
Your (personal) calendar can be synced with external services. This gives external services access to the calendar information, which includes: usernames, timestamps, appointment type, duration. Extra data can be inferred from this data such as cancelations. Ensure you agree with the external service’s Terms of Service before sharing your calendar details. Your calendar link has no authentication besides obfuscation. This links is meant to be kept private. If you suspect your link may be exposed, please contact us.
We shall use your email address to notify you of any upcoming changes to the privacy policy. Consent is automatically given but can be withdrawn, resulting to the closing of your account. There is currently no plan to lessen our privacy.
Cookies
- auth_cookie - A secret token used to login to the website. Is required for functionality.
- consent - When sent it will stop cookie consent notices.
Password
Your password is hashed before it is sent to our server. It never leaves your device. Even then your hash is stored with a per-user salt.
Closing your account
When you wish to close your account, you should contact your personal trainer. They are able to close your account for you. If your personal trainer refuses to close your account, please reach out to us via our contact form.
For personal trainers
Your privacy is treated the same as we treat your clients. Please use your direct contact with this service if you wish to discontinue our service.
